The City of Bulawayo invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil engineering contractors for the Mbundane-Nkulumane mains upgrade and extension.
Tender Documents can be obtained at 6th floor, Municipality Tower Block, Corner Robert Mugabe Way & Leopold Takawira Avenue, during office hours (08:30 to 16:30) as from Friday 29 June 2018. Bids will be evaluated according to the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act dictates, and any regulations promulgated under this policy shall apply in the adjudication and awarding of the tender.
Complete bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Notice: Contract No.COB/ESD/41/2018: “MBUNDANE-NKULUMANE MAINS UPGRADE AND EXTENSION.” must be deposited in the TENDER box of the municipality’s Town Clerk’s Department, City of Bulawayo, City Hall, between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenue, P.O Box 591, Bulawayo on or before 10:00 am of the due date.
A non-refundable deposit of US $ 80.00 is payable upon collection of bid documents.
No faxed, e-mailed or late tenders will be considered. The Council is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid
