Tender forms can be obtained through request by an e-mail to pmu@citybyo.co.zw/ bccpmu@gmail.com as from Tuesday 3 May 2022. Completed bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside with the tender number and description must be deposited in the TENDER box of the municipality’s Town Clerk’s Department, Office Number 126, between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenues, on or before 10:00 am of the due date.
Closing date: 10:00am on Thursday 26 May 2022. A non-refundable deposit of 10USD/ZWL equivalent per tender document is payable upon collection of the tender documents with specifications
No faxed, e-mailed or late bids will be considered. City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid Tenders will not be considered unless they comply fully with all the requirements.
