Building Branch / Inspectorate
The Building Branch is one of the two branches of the Housing and Community Services Department. The Branch has a Building and Maintenance section as well as Building Inspectorate section. The Building and Maintenance section is responsible for maintaining Council properties while the Inspectorate is responsible for standard compliance in all the building structures in the city and plan approval.
