The City of Bulawayo would like to advise members of the public and customers that the heavy - duty printers used to print bills/ statements are currently undergoing repairs and maintenance.
As a result, the City of Bulawayo will not be printing and sending Bills for the account months of August and September 2022 statements.
In light of those who wish to still make prompt and timely payments please note the following:
Account holders who have submitted their cell phone numbers will receive their balances via SMS.
