City of Bulawayo invites bids from suitably qualified Consultancy firms for the Review of the Bulawayo Master Plan.
Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, endorsed on the outside with advertised tender number, description, closing date and must be posted in time to be sorted into Post Office Box Number 591, BULAWAYO or delivered by hand to Municipality Town Clerkâs Department, Room 126, City Hall, between Fife Street/ Leopold Takawira Avenue before 10.00 a.m. on the closing date.
Tender documents with specifications are obtainable upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$10.00, from the Director of Engineering Services, Municipal Offices, 6th Floor, Leopold Takawira Avenue/Josiah Tongogara Street, Bulawayo during office hours (08:00 to 16:30) as from 24 October ,2016.
Compulsory Tender Briefing Meeting Date: 28 October, 2016 at 10.00am at the City Hall, Municipal Buildings between Fife Street and Leopold Takawira Avenue.
No faxed, emailed or late tenders will be considered. City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid. Tenders will not be considered unless they comply fully with the specifications. Queries relating to these documents may be addressed to:
