NOTICE OF LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY’S DECISION
ON THE REVIEW OF MASTER PLAN.
BULAWAYO MASTER PLAN 2019 – 2034.
It is hereby notified, in term of Subsection (2) of Section 15 of the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act, Revised 1996, as read with Section 8 of the Regional, Town and County Planning (Master and Local Plans) Regulations 1977 that the City of Bulawayo has adopted the Bulawayo Master Plan 2019 - 2034 and is now on public exhibition until Tuesday, 24 May 2022.
A copy of the adopted Master Plan is on public exhibition at the:

Any interested person or organisation may make objections to or representations regarding the Master Plan in writing to the Town Clerk, P.O. Box 591, Bulawayo on or before Tuesday, 24 May 2022.
Objections and representations should state the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
Explanatory Note:
The area covered by this Master Plan involves the whole of Bulawayo Municipal Area 64.300ha and an additional 13.145ha from adjacent properties under the Umguza Rural District Council and Umzingwane Rural District Council’s area of jurisdiction.
