Community Health Sister (Grade 10:9 Posts)

The following Vacancy has arisen within the City of Bulawayo:

1. Main Responsibilities /Job Summary	Co-ordinates and manages immunization programme, nutrition, health education, home visits of “At Risk” patients and smooth running of the integrated health services.
2. Qualifications Requirements	5 ‘O’ levels including English Language and a Science subject Diploma/ Degree in General Nursing Diploma/Degree in Community Nursing Must be registered with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe A Clean Class 4 Drivers’ License
3. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS	At least 3 years’ experience as a General Nurse
