INVITATION TO TENDER DOMESTIC/NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING

The City of Bulawayo invites tenders from suitably qualified firms for the provision of the following services and goods

COB/TCD/STAT/01/2021	SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STATIONERY	A non compulsory tender briefing meeting shall be held on the 10th of June 2021 at Bulawayo City Council, Main Stores, Khami Road at 10:00am
COB/TCD/CL01/2021	SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CLEANSING MATERIALS	A non compulsory tender briefing meeting shall be held on the 10th of June 2021 at Bulawayo City Council, Main Stores, Khami Road at 11:00am
COB/ESD/TR48A//2021	REHABILITATION OF UD TIPPERS	A compulsory tender briefing meeting shall be held on the 9th of June 2021 at the Municipal offices, Tower block,9th floor conference room, Bulawayo at 11:00pm

CLOSING DATE: 1 July 2021 AT 1000 HRS

Tender forms can be obtained from Office 203, 2nd Floor, City Hall (Under the Clock), Corner Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenue during office hours (08:30 to 15:00) as from Monday 7 June 2021.

Completed bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside with the tender number and description must be deposited in the TENDER box of the municipality’s Town Clerk’s Department, Office Number 126, between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenues, or through P O Box 591, Bulawayo on or before 10:00 am of the due date.

Closing date: 10:00am on Thursday 1 July 2021. A non-refundable deposit of 10USD/ ZWLequivalent per tender document is payable upon collection of the tender documents with specifications.

No faxed, e-mailed or late forms will be considered. City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid. Tenders will not be considered unless they comply fully with the requirements.
