TOWN CLERK’S DEPARTMENT 4 POSTS

The following Vacancies have arisen within the City of Bulawayo:

INTERNAL AUDITOR – GRADE 9 FORENSIC & FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS (1 POST)

1. Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary	Conducts investigations of alleged misconduct, mismanagement, fraud, corruption, waste or abuse of resources and other violations of City rules and regulations. Prepares complete and concise investigation reports.
2. Qualifications Requirements	A Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Auditing, Investigations or equivalent. A clean class 4 driver’s licence. A relevant professional certification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is an added advantage.
3. Experience	At least 2 years’ experience in an audit/investigatory work environment.

INTERNAL AUDITOR –GRADE 9 INFORMATION SYSTEMS (3 POSTS)

1. Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary	Assesses the effectiveness of controls on the City’s Information Communication Technology systems, applications, networks and associated operational areas. Performs Information Communication Technology policy compliance, business continuity, system implementation, security incident and other recurring Information Communication Technology audits.
2. Qualifications Requirements	A Bachelor of Business Management and Information Technology degree or equivalent A professional audit certification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is an added advantage.
3. Experience	At least 2 years’ experience in an InformationCommunication Technology/audit work environment.
